1) What if I can't make it to the appointment I received in the mail?
Click on the “Appointments” icon located on the senior pages. Register your new user account and schedule at a time that is most convenient for you. (Your registered information is kept confidential, Bernhard & Williams does not share your information with anyone, ever!) But don't wait! This way you avoid the last minute rush and get to choose the appointment time that’s most convenient for you. Waiting too long can also mean you won’t be able to choose which portrait will appear in the yearbook---one will be chosen for you if you wait too long. If you have problems scheduling online, call us we’ll be glad to help.
2) Can I schedule my yearbook and custom on the same day?
Yes. most of the time you can schedule multiple sessions on one day. But remember to schedule each session you would like to have on the same day. Not scheduling for each session you would like to have taken, would mean not enough time available for the sessions you would like to have. So if you would like to have a Custom Session & a Deluxe make an appointment for each session on that day.
3) When should I schedule my appointment?
Do it now. If you wait others will get the best appointment times and summer will be over before you know it. You’ll also avoid last minute rush and the August heat.
Hint: Make your senior appointment the same day as your friends and include them in your custom.

4) What sessions do I choose?
In order to appear in your yearbook you must choose the Deluxe, basic or economy session. Most people add a Custom or Super session to personalize their senior portrait experience. Adding a Custom or Super Custom Session gives the most variety for you to choose from. Your yearbook pose must be from one of the Traditional blue background poses from your Deluxe, basic or economy session.
5) Do I need to pay anything at the time of my session?
Yes. Session fees, retouch fees & color fees where applicable are due at the time of your session.
Finished portraits or previews are not included in the price of the session.
NOTICE: You may want to save gas, time and money by paying $10.00 to have your images placed online.
6) What do I wear for my yearbook session?
Dress attire is decided by your school. Some school’s require you to wear a Tuxedo Jacket for the boys & Formal Drape for the girls (both are provided by Bernhard & Williams for you to use). Some school’s require Semi-Formal or Business Casual dress code. Take a look at your current yearbook. You'll see what the seniors wore before you. Specific information to your school can be found on the flyer you received in the mail with your enclosed appointment time. T.-shirts, tank-tops and staples blouses are not allowed for any yearbook portrait. For more casual looks, schedule a Custom or Super Custom Session.... Tuxes and drapes are provided at the studio.

7) Can I bring my own props?
If you schedule a custom session we encourage you to bring personal items that will show off your individual personality. Think about what activities your involved in. Bring your lettering's jacket, team uniforms, sports equipment, hobbies, collectibles. Props, gadgets, just about anything can be incorporated into your Custom, Super Custom & Elite Session. **size restrictions apply** Any motorized equipment or cycles must be clean and not leaking any oil or chemicals** Check out the Custom Galleries for more ideas of what to bring.
8) Is there a deadline for having my yearbook portraits taken?
Yes, the deadline date is not generally finalized until the new school year begins. We recommend you don’t wait until the last minute. By then it’s probably too late to choose which pose will appear in the yearbook. Also, appointment times are very limited and your wait time will be much longer. You may not even be able to schedule an appointment! Some days may only be 1st come - 1st serve. Scheduling and having your portrait taken during the summer, will be much easier, at your convenience and less waiting!
9) I’m late for my appointment, what should I do?
When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving a specific time slot for your sessions. Other people, are doing the same thing. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you for the sessions you have scheduled. Arrive 15-20 prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to get checked-in and be ready to go ! Please do not call the studio to let them know you are running late. Drive safe, arrive as quickly as possible. When you arrive, we will try to accommodate you for your session. Keep in mind that others, like yourself, have a scheduled appointment . In some cases you may need to reschedule. Continual rescheduling or not showing for an appointment, may incur additional charges to schedule an appointment--and can even mean you will not be allowed to schedule additional appointments. You may have to come in on a “stand-by” session.
